Metovix does not offer refunds on any subscription or purchase. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

No-Refund Policy

All payments made to Metovix are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all payment types, including monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, plan upgrades, and any other purchases made through the Service.

We do not issue full or partial refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

Cancellation Reminder
Annual subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each 12-month period. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date. No refund is issued for annual renewals that were not cancelled in time.

Billing Errors

The no-refund policy does not apply to genuine billing errors caused by Metovix. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged — for example, charged twice for the same billing period — please contact us within 30 days of the charge.

We will investigate verified billing errors and issue a correction where appropriate. Billing errors do not include:

Email us at billing@metovix.com with your account email, the charge amount, date, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.

Service Outages

While we strive for high availability, we do not offer refunds or credits for service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or temporary unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance and to restore service promptly in the event of unexpected outages.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly at billing@metovix.com before initiating any dispute.

By Completing a Purchase, You Agree
Completing payment for any Metovix subscription or purchase constitutes your explicit acknowledgement that you have read, understood, and agreed to this no-refund policy. You confirm that you had the opportunity to evaluate the Service on the free plan before subscribing.
