The no-refund policy does not apply to genuine billing errors caused by Metovix. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged — for example, charged twice for the same billing period — please contact us within 30 days of the charge.

While we strive for high availability, we do not offer refunds or credits for service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or temporary unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance and to restore service promptly in the event of unexpected outages.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly at billing@metovix.com before initiating any dispute.
